Replacement of Missing Pieces 

If you lose a piece to your My Growing Season product, we will typically replace the first 3 pieces for FREE* (larger pieces may require a small shipping fee).  Additional pieces are $1.50 each if mailed in the U.S.  International mailing is billed at postage cost. Please complete the form to the right and a representative will contact you with confirmation and further information.

We normally send replacements within a few days by U.S. Postal Service First Class mail.

*Replacement pieces may be limited and occasionally unavailable for discontinued products.

Note: ALL My Growing Season products have an identifying label sewn on them with the My Growing Season logo. If there is no My Growing Season label, the product(s) comes from a different manufacturer and we will not be able to replace the pieces.
