It's hard to believe that we are celebrating our fourteenth year at My Growing Season!  As I look back over the triumphs and tears that belong to starting a company, all I can think of is how far we have come on so many levels.  So many thanks go to our dear customers, whom I now consider friends, who have been so encouraging and supportive along the way.  We are so grateful that you have allowed us to play a small part in the growing season of your little ones.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.    

SERENDIPITOUS. The best word to describe the start of My Growing Season.

Having the blessing and curse of being born into an entrepreneurially oriented family, I often find myself itching to try new things. But why does an already busy mother of three need one more thing to do?

But I kept getting the itch as I watched my own children grow and sparkle which instilled a desire to watch other children do the same.  So piece by piece, dreams and ideas started to take shape and I found myself fortuitously out of my comfort zone.  And hence, off I went on this crazy, yet rewarding adventure we call My Growing Season. 

The name was originally conceived to epitomize the exponential growth that children experience in the early years; however, the older I get, the more I realize that we never stop learning.   I’m still very much in my growing season as an individual, wife, mother, daughter, and friend.
